PUBLIC SAFETY

Our Police and First Responders have a very difficult job dealing with risky situations and have to make split second decisions.  These men and women of strong mental and physical fortitude deserve our thanks and admiration for the work they do.  The do not need agenda-driven politicians making their jobs harder by second-guessing their every motive while dangling the threat of budget cuts over them.  This does not serve our police; it does not keep our community safe; and it does not protect anyone.  The only ones it serves are the extremist, elite politicians who support measures which threaten the safety of our neighbors.  These politicians can afford their own security while it's the poor who end up suffering as a result of this misguided policy.  I call upon everyone regardless of your political affiliation to support those who keep our neighborhoods safe: our Police.

It is inconceivable the amount of disrespect leveled at law enforcement nowadays, and it isn’t just from the criminal element but elevated officials who have made it a virtue signal to disparage law enforcement!  I will always back the blue.

No one is perfect, but the police are who we call to keep law and order.
I will not support any legislation which defunds the police. The police have too much to worry about as it is.  With crime and vagrancy soaring, we need the police to be properly funded and trained now more than ever.
