BIOGRAPHY

Tim Conrad has deep roots in the community and has long been dedicated to serving it. He is a lifelong Delaware resident and has served the community in many capacities. 


Growing up first in Newport and then in Brandywine Hundred, he was active in church and school activities.  He is a graduate of Brandywine High School, Delaware Technical and Community College holding an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, and the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  He has been employed by the University of Delaware for 27 years in the Transportation Services Department.
He has volunteered at his church, Holy Family Catholic Church, in the food pantry giving to those who need it food and toiletries donated by the people in the parish.  


Tim was formerly a board member of the Brookside Community homeowners association.  He is currently a board member of the Delaware Rail Splitters Society.

Tim now resides in the close-knit neighborhood of Christina Woods and enjoys the company of neighbors and friends.
