Timothy Conrad has deep roots in the community, and has long been dedicated to serving it. He is a lifelong Delaware resident and has served the community in many capacities.
Growing up first in Newport and then in Brandywine Hundred, he was active in church and school activities.  He is a graduate of Brandywine High School, Delaware Technical and Community College holding an Associates' degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, and the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  He has been employed by the University of Delaware for 25 years in the Transportation Services Department.
He has volunteered at his church, Holy Family Catholic Church, in the food pantry giving happily to those who need its services, and looks forward to returning to it once the pandemic emergency has abated.
In 2016, he first sought public office by running for the State Representative seat in the 24th District but came up short.  This did not dampen his spirits as he immediately sought to join the Brookside Community homeowners association, eventually becoming Vice President.
Tim now resides in Christina Woods along with his wife and dog, and once again he is seeking to serve the community as State Representative, this time in the 26th District.
